Exercise–Stair Climbing

Most of us avoid exercising as much as possible.  I certainly do.  Stair climbing is excellent exercise.  A quick way to get out of breath and all sweaty.  So let’s take the elevator or escalator! 
I really need to add regular exercise to my life.  It will lower my blood sugar and my weight.  Blood sugar is pretty good, but the weight isn’t.  I wish someone would install a staircase like this one in Lansing.  I’d spend all my time playing on the stairs!

Wouldn’t this be fun?!  If you could get a few other people to help out you could play some simple tunes. 
Would you take these stairs or use the escalator?

This was really interesting. I think they need to do something fun with all the public stairs. Everyone would be using them.
