I'm very excited today. This is the first Friday since the contest began that I'm able to report a loss. It's a small loss, only 0.8 pounds. But it's very encouraging to see the scale go down a bit.
We're doing some show and tell this week. I don't have any fancy workout clothes or recipes. But I do have a workout I really like. My favorite workout DVD is Leslie Sansone's Two Mile Walk from the Walk the Walk DVD set. I can't do high impact so no running or jumping. But the walking DVD is great! I get a real aerobic workout for my whole body not just my legs.

Good to see you on this meme too. Congrats on the loss! I have lost only 1.2lbs on HFH. I always weigh in heavier on Fridays than Mondays. I don't know why? Thanks for the tip on the walking - I have heard about the walking DVD's from both you & Ciara - I might need to give this a try. I need something a little lower impact sometimes. My hips hurt quite often - so this would be good! Thanks.
i have a leslie sansone dvd on my fat ticker friday as well...except i haven't started the new one i got yet lol it is good when you're just starting if you're heavy like me.
i've moved my Taking It Off Together to my new weight loss journal blog Diet Is Such A Dirty Word...keeping the thyroid blog more thyroid related and Fat Ticker Friday will still be on Ramblings. I don't know why I started another blog...i can barely keep up w all the ones i got now lol
